Ryan Hayden (Theatrical & Literary Department)

Ryan Hayden founded Ideal Talent Agency in October of 2009. Having grown up in the entertainment industry and working his entire career in entertainment related fields, he brings a diverse background and breadth of knowledge to his work at a talent agent. Ryan got his start in agenting at ICM, assisting in representing actors including Danny Glover, Angelica Huston, Taylor Lautner, January Jones, Maggie Grace, Beau Garrett, Jack Huston, Alex O’Loughlin, Tom Arnold, Michelle Rodriguez, and many more. He also worked in the motion picture packaging department. His eye for talent was partly honed as a casting director for MTV and Doron Ofir casting (JERSEY SHORE, NASHVILLE STAR, RUPAUL’S DRAG RACE, PARIS HILTON NEW BFF, etc.), head of casting at 25/7 productions, and as a casting assistant at MGM under Paul Weber (SHE SPIES and SPECIES). Beyond representing actors, Ryan stays active in representing and sheparding projects, knowledge that began as a development executive at LMNO TV, where several of the shows he helped developed ended up selling to networks and airing. His diverse background also consists of two stints as an actor, once from 6 – 8 and another from 21 – 23 year old, working in A&R and PR for his family’s record label, taking a technology company public through a reverse merger, and a former life in politics that afforded him the opportunity to work with Al Gore, Bill Clinton, and House Minority Whip David Bonior, to name a few.

Andrew Vosper (Commercial Department)

A rising star in the commercial world, Andrew’s passion for commercial representation has distinguished him as one of the top young agents in the field.   Prior to joining Ideal, Andrew was an agent at Trio Talent Agency.   He began in the entertainment industry as an actor, but soon determined that his passions lie not in front of the camera, but in facilitating the careers of artists as part of the business side of the industry as he initially served social media manager for music groups.  He made the transition from the music industry to to working with producers, directors, and actors in TV and film when he joined the production company CRC Entertainment as the assistant to the two heads of the company.  Agenting would prove the exact combination of his various passions:  facilitating actors’ success, getting to work with actors’ with a mastery of their craft, and working in a highly competitive but rewarding industry.   Andrew is a graduate of Indiana University.
