Ideal Talent Agency is a full service boutique talent agency with a global reach. The agency offers highly individualized and hands on representation to a select group of both celebrity and developmental clients of all ages.
The majority of our clients are actors in TV, Film, and commercials, but the agency also represents a select group of writers, directors, and casting directors – taking an active role in nurturing their various creative endeavors.
Founded in 2010, the agency has routinely distinguished itself as one of the top boutique talent agencies in the world, routinely ranking among the top 250 entertainment companies in Hollywood on the IMDB – hitting an all time high of 22 – and alternating any given week with another agency for the claim of being the #1 agency in the world with fewer than five agents.
Over the years, the list of current TV shows our clients have appeared on is too long to list, with the agency during most weeks of episodic season booking at least a role a day, and our clients with nearly 1/4th of our clients recurring on at least one TV show in the last year. Several of our clients worked over six different shows this episodic season, and often book multiple clients in a row on episodes and often will book multiple clients in an episode, a particular feat given that number of clients we represent is easily 1/30th the size of some agencies.

In terms of literary, the agency actively packages projects and takes out several spec scripts a year.
